Complex Commercial Litigation

FBR represents entrepreneurs, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capitalists, family offices, large and small corporations and partnerships, and individuals in a diverse range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration nationwide. FBR’s partners enjoy decades of experience litigating disputes involving federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, accounting fraud, stockbroker misconduct, class actions, anti-terrorism litigation and a wide variety of other business torts. Our lawyers have honed their ability to master and to persuasively present evidence concerning complex topics such as the development of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, the market forces that impact product pricing, and the operation of the securities markets. We bring the same devotion necessary to master those complex topics to every litigation and arbitration.
