Thomas Caroccia has been an associate with the Firm since 2020. Prior to joining the Firm, Thomas served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Arnold L. Natali, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While clerking for Judge Natali, Thomas drafted appellate opinions for a variety of civil and criminal matters.
Thomas received his law degree, cum laude, from Rutgers Law School in 2019, where he was a Commentaries Editor on the Rutgers Law Review. His work on the Law Review culminated in the selection of his Student Note for publication in the Summer 2018 issue of the journal. Further, he served as a member of the Rutgers International Human Rights Clinic, where he drafted briefs and researched federal and international law.
While in law school, Thomas interned for the Honorable Joseph Paone, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, as well as the United States Department of Homeland Security, a private personal injury firm, and a New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminology, cum laude, from The College of New Jersey in 2014.
Thomas resides and is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
