FBR has advised and represented senior executives, companies and trade associations in connection with a wide variety of labor and employment matters. The Firm has negotiated separation agreements for senior executives and advised our clients concerning contractual, statutory and regulatory rights and obligations. FBR’s lawyers also regularly litigated matters relating to alleged non-compete, non-solicit, and trade secret violations, as well as wrongful termination and sexual harassment claims.
