Tyler E. Van Put’s practice primarily focuses on complex civil litigation, including contractual disputes, business torts, class actions, legal malpractice, and general financial services litigation.

Tyler has represented clients before federal and state courts, regulatory agencies, and arbitrators in civil matters involving the misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with contract, breach of contract, breach of trust, fraud, and other business torts. Tyler has litigated class action matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), New York Labor Law, and various food labeling laws and regulations. In addition, Tyler has experience in conducting internal investigations and advising and assisting clients in matters involving investigations conducted by governmental or regulatory authorities. Tyler also plays a prominent role in the firm’s handling of discovery and discovery-related projects.

Tyler joined Fleischman Bonner & Rocco’s predecessor firm, Fleischman Law Firm, PLLC, as an associate in 2013. He received his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College, and his law degree from Hofstra University.
