Tyler E. Van Put’s practice primarily focuses on complex civil litigation, including contractual disputes, business torts, class actions, and general financial services litigation.

Tyler’s experience includes class action matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), New York Labor Law, and various food labeling laws and regulations. He has handled civil matters involving allegations such as misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with contract, breach of contract, breach of trust, fraud, and other business torts. In addition, Tyler has experience in conducting internal investigations and advising and assisting clients in matters involving investigations conducted by governmental or regulatory authorities. Tyler also plays a prominent role in the firm’s handling of discovery and discovery-related projects.

Tyler joined Fleischman Bonner & Rocco’s predecessor firm, Fleischman Law Firm, PLLC, as an associate in 2013. He received his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College, and his law degree from Hofstra University.
