Mazzone Hospitality will pay $3 million in settlement with servers over tips

Albany Business Review – About 1,000 current and former employees of Mazzone Hospitality who accused the company of illegally withholding tips and deducting money from their paychecks for meals they didn’t eat would share $1.6 million to $1.7 million under a proposed class action lawsuit settlement.
